Walking Leader 101

In this course, the student is introduced to the concept of the "Walking Leader" and taken on the road to mastering each of the 20 rules of the Walking Leader.

From ensuring you are the constant leader to making absolutely certain you have fun while being the Walking Leader.

The Walking Leader is founded on the concept of MBWA "Managing By Walking Around". MBWA encourages managers to get out on the company floor and get to know the people that are making things happen. However, when it came time for me to do the MBWA, i found something lacking: The rules, the how to do it,

While the concept of "MBWA" has been out there for years but no formal guidance was available in writing. That's when I set out to start my own WALKING LEADER program and the twenty rules were born. The Walking Leader is not just for managers but for any up-and-coming leader in any organization. The concept of MBWA has evolved into "LBWA" (Leading By Walking Around).

Now, the "Walking Leader" is in writing, there is guidance, there is direction, and most of all there is something for you to use, to make your own, and to master.
